Do I need to be home?
Usually not, provided the team has permission to enter the cleanup area, the gate is accessible, and dogs are safely secured. Confirm access instructions with the local manager before your first visit.
What if my yard needs a big initial cleanup?
Tell us how long it has been since the last full cleanup. Heavy buildup, tall grass, leaves, or unusually large areas may require a separate initial-cleanup quote.
Will you clean while my dog is in the yard?
Please secure dogs away from the work area before the visit. This helps protect your pets and the person cleaning your yard.
Do you serve outside Elizabethtown?
Yes! Patriot Paws serves all of Bladen County, North Carolina, including Elizabethtown, White Lake, Dublin, Bladenboro, Tar Heel, Clarkton, East Arcadia, and surrounding communities. Contact us to confirm scheduling and route availability for your address.
When and how will I be billed?
Your final quote confirms the service price, any initial-cleanup charge, billing frequency, payment due dates, and accepted payment methods before service begins. The calculator’s monthly figure is an average for comparison; it is not a billing schedule. Any additional work requires your approval before it is performed.
How do I cancel or change a visit?
Call Jessica at 910-872-4583 or Jarvis at 910-670-4084, or email patriotpawspwr@gmail.com before your scheduled visit to request a change or cancellation. Include your name, service address, and the visit you want to change. Requests are confirmed by our local team. Any cancellation terms or charges will be disclosed in your service agreement before you accept service.
What happens during bad weather?
Severe weather or unsafe yard conditions may delay a visit. Our local team will contact affected customers to arrange a new visit when conditions are safe. Contact us if your yard is flooded, inaccessible, or otherwise unsafe before your service day.
What happens to the collected waste?
Before your first visit, our team will confirm how collected waste will be bagged and disposed of, including whether an approved customer-provided trash bin will be used or removal from the property is included. Any disposal charge will be included in your final quote.
How do I request a quote?
